The Firm’s founder and proprietor, Mr. David M. Ndlovu, is a law graduate from the University of Botswana and member of the Law Society of Botswana in Good Standing. Mr. Ndlovu was admitted to practice law by the High Court of Botswana in 2009.
An attorney, notary and conveyancer, he has over eleven (11) years’ experience as a legal practitioner.We pride ourselves with being dynamic, professional and guided by integrity. Although our Chambers are in Gaborone, we serve clients from all over the country. We are committed to high quality service and representation on a cost effective basis. Our offices are situated in a very neat and spacious building adapted to house a law office at Plot 23196, Phase IV, Gaborone close to Game City Mall, the New Central Business District and major Office Parks in city. . All our offices are computerised and every member of the staff has their own personal computer. We have our own state of the art wireless intranet and all computers have a high speed wireless connection to the internet. Our computers employ the latest technology in the market and we use Intel Core duo systems. . Our software solution also includes various productivity enhanced functions such as group calendaring and scheduling integrated collaborative environments as well as messaging and real time communication functionality which enable our clients to have immediate and real time access to our various attorneys and other professional support staff. 16. We have also installed Law Plan Accounts system and our Accounts office also uses Pastel Accounting as well as Quicken/QuickBooks, thus enabling our client’s access to various reports that they may seek. We also have the latest office support equipment in the form of fax machines, photocopiers, telephone systems and client and document severs.
